RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Returned items must:

  • be unused;
  • remain in original condition;
  • include original labels and packaging;
  • include proof of purchase.

The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days from the date the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase unless agreed otherwise.

We do not accept returns for:

  • custom-made or personalized items;
  • gift vouchers;
  • products damaged due to improper use;
  • products purchased by legal entities for commercial purposes.

Standard products selected from available size, color, or model options are not considered personalized products.

DPD Returns

To create a return using DPD:

  1. Visit:

  2. Enter your 14-digit shipment number.
  3. Enter your postal code, email address, and phone number used for the order.
  4. Confirm your information.
  5. Choose either:
  • courier collection;
  • DPD parcel locker return.
  1. Confirm your return request.

After confirmation, you will receive return instructions and a return label by email.

Returns sent to a different address or parcel locker may not be collected.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS & WARRANTY

All products are covered by a 24-month statutory warranty under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us before returning the product:

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • replace the product;
  • repair the product where possible;
  • offer another legally applicable solution.

The warranty does not apply if:

  • the product was damaged due to improper use;
  • washing/care instructions were not followed;
  • the item was modified or repaired by third parties;
  • the damage was caused by external factors or accidents;
  • proof of purchase is not provided.
