Terms & Conditions
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter – the “Terms”) govern the legal relationship between MB “Fightershopkaunas”, company code 304096392, VAT code LT100010607013, registered address Šv. Gertrūdos g. 39, Kaunas, Lithuania (hereinafter – the “Seller”), and the person purchasing goods from the online store knockdownshop.com (hereinafter – the “Store”).
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.
1.3. The purchase agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer creates a shopping cart, selects delivery and payment methods, confirms acceptance of these Terms, and completes payment.
1.4. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version of the Terms valid at the moment of placing the order shall apply to the Buyer.
2. Personal Data Protection
2.1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.2. Personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:
- order administration;
- delivery of goods;
- accounting and bookkeeping;
- customer service;
- direct marketing (only with the Buyer’s separate consent).
2.3. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information and is responsible for the correctness of the provided data.
2.4. For all questions related to personal data protection, the Buyer may contact the Seller via email at info@knockdownshop.com.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All prices displayed in the Store are indicated in Euros and include VAT.
3.2. Goods are reserved only after payment has been received.
3.3. The Buyer may pay using:
- electronic banking;
- bank transfer;
- payment at the physical store.
4. Delivery
4.1. Goods are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
4.2. Goods are usually delivered within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
4.3. If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, the Buyer shall be informed immediately. If the Buyer does not agree to an extended delivery period, they have the right to cancel the agreement and receive a refund.
4.4. Delivery fee is EUR 3.00 including VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4.5. The Buyer may collect goods at the physical store located at Šv. Gertrūdos g. 39, Kaunas.
4.6. Goods are considered transferred to the Buyer from the moment of actual delivery.
4.7. Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the package. If any damage is noticed, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.
4.8. Ownership rights to the goods transfer to the Buyer upon delivery.
5. Withdrawal from the Agreement and Returns
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase agreement within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the goods without providing any reason.
5.2. Returned goods must be undamaged, retain their commercial appearance, and must not have been used beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
5.3. It is recommended to provide the original packaging and proof of purchase when returning goods.
5.4. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, except in cases where defective goods are returned.
5.5. The Seller shall refund the Buyer within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the returned goods using the same payment method originally used by the Buyer.
5.6. The Buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine their characteristics and functioning.
5.7. The right to withdraw from the agreement does not apply to goods manufactured according to the Buyer’s individual order or clearly customized to the Buyer’s personal needs.
5.8. Standard goods selected from the Store’s assortment (including size, color, or model selection) shall not be considered individually customized goods.
5.9. Before the order has been processed or shipped, the Buyer may request order cancellation by contacting info@knockdownshop.com.
5.10. Once the goods have been shipped, the withdrawal right described in Clause 5.1 applies.
6. Warranty and Liability
6.1. The Seller is responsible for defects in goods that existed at the moment of delivery and became apparent within the period established by applicable law.
6.2. The Buyer has the right to submit claims regarding defective goods within 2 years from the date of receiving the goods.
6.3. Claims regarding defective goods may be submitted by email to info@knockdownshop.com or at the physical store located at Šv. Gertrūdos g. 39, Kaunas.
6.4. If goods are determined to be defective, the Seller shall bear the return shipping costs.
6.5. A response to the Buyer’s claim shall be provided within 14 calendar days.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations.
7.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.3. Buyers may submit complaints regarding goods or services purchased from the Store to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT):

8. Gift Voucher Terms
8.1. Gift vouchers may be purchased at knockdownshop.com or at the physical store located at Šv. Gertrūdos g. 39, Kaunas.
8.2. Available voucher values: EUR 30, EUR 50, EUR 100, and EUR 200.
8.3. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
8.4. Gift vouchers must be used in a single purchase.
8.5. If the total order amount exceeds the voucher value, the Buyer must pay the difference.
8.6. If the total order amount is lower than the voucher value, the remaining balance is non-refundable.
8.7. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
8.8. Unused vouchers become invalid after the expiration date.
8.9. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
8.10. Discounts cannot be combined with gift voucher payments.
